New patients may self-schedule a Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy Consultation Appointment here. You may select a day/time available to request a consultation with us to discuss your needs for ketamine treatment. Please note the specific days/times that are available for KAP Consults on the calendar to know what options are available. Your request will be confirmed by email.
There is no charge for this consultation.
Its important that you know consultation sessions are not psychotherapy or diagnostic sessions. We will explore what your needs are and discuss whether Lake View Psychotherapy is a good match for you. If your needs cannot be met by us, we may be able to assist you to find an alternative course. We want you to be healthy and find the right provider to meet your specific needs.
Consults are conducted via telehealth sessions (video/phone).
KETAMINE TREATMENT IS NOT CURRENTLY REIMBURSED BY HEALTH CARE INSURANCE COMPANIES, SO ALL FEES ARE BILLED DIRECTLY TO THE PATIENT.

Current Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy patients may self-schedule treatment sessions, view billing documents, make payments on their account, upload documents, and send secure text messages through the Client Portal. You may also self-cancel appointments from the Client Portal.
You must initially go to the link below and enter the Client Portal, with a password, to access these features.
Please be sure to have your credit card or debit card on file, so that payment can be processed at the time of your session.
When scheduling sessions, you may select an “Available for KAP” day/time. Your request will be confirmed by email.
If necessary, please remember to cancel with at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a late fee.
